In December 2023 a Judge dismissed 5 out of the 7 criminal allegations from a former partner.
Two allegations remain in the court, Criminal defamation and damages.

I also have a precarious eviction that was heard in the civil court in June 2022

Plus his expensive Barcelona lawyers have a third Civil case to claim his court cost for the eviction and also a sum for his moral damages. It is not over yet.
